Alluring toast and spice aromas lead to bright red cherry and raspberry flavors. They are well accented by flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper.   

40 year old vineyard farmed by an 80 year only man in the South Valley of ABQ.  He put this vineyard in so his wife would move from Europe to marry him.  They’re still married 40 years later.  The heirloom grape varieties Baco Noir and Leon Millot are considered a “monster” to deal with, hence the name of the wine  (Ollpheist means “Monster” in Gaelic)
